Předmětem mé bakalářské práce jsou příčiny a možnosti řešení korupce ve veřejné správě. V teoretické části korupci popíši obecně, zaměřím se na definice korupce, vývojová stádia korupce a právní úpravu související s korupcí. The subject of my thesis is the causes of and possible solutions to corruption in public administration. In the theoretical part I will describe corruption in general, than I will focus on the definition of corruption, developmental stages of corruption and corruption legislation.
