Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu mastných kyselin a tokoferolů v rostlinných olejích pomocí analytické techniky GC-MS. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány tyto dvě skupiny látek spolu s principy plynové chromatografie, hmotnostní spektrometrie a jejich spojení. This thesis is focused on the analysis of fatty acids and tocopherols in vegetable oils using the analytical technique GC-MS. These two groups of compounds together with the principles of gas chromatography, mass spectrometry and their connection are characterized in the theoretical part.
