Bakalářská práce se týká analýzy stresových faktorů a jejich vlivu na zaměstnance pracující v sektoru služeb ve Středočeském kraji. The bachelor´s thesis is related to the analysis of stress factors affecting the employees of the tertiary sector in the Central Bohemian Region and also to the effect of stress on work performance.
