Abstract:

ANOTACE Bakalářská práce Projekt odborné učebny s použitím učebních pomůcek se zabývá tvorbou odborné učebny a použitím zvolených učebních pomůcek v navržené učebně. První část práce pojednává o tvorbě odborné učebny, jejím dispozičním řešení, vybavení a využití. Odborná učebna je koncipována pro výuku odborných předmětů učebních oborů Kuchař, Číšník – servírka a Kuchař – číšník pro pohostinství. Projekt vychází z požadavků adekvátnosti učebny a moderní pedagogiky. Druhá část práce popisuje vybavení odborné učebny učebními pomůckami a jejich použití při výuce s ohledem na současné pedagogické trendy. Navržený projekt odborné učebny najde své uplatnění na SOŠ & SOU Trhové Sviny, pro níž byl připraven.

Abstract:

ANNOTATION The bachelor thesis The project of the special classroom with the application of teaching aids deals with the creation of the special classroom and the application of elected teaching aids in the designed classroom. The first part of this thesis discusses the creation of the special classroom, its dispositional analysis, facilities and utilization. The special classroom is framed for the education of special subjects in vokational branches Cook, Waiter – waitress and Cook – waiter for catering. The project arises from the requierements of the adequacy of the classroom and modern pedagogy. The second part of this thesis describes the facilities of the special classroom with teaching aids and their application in the education in the light of contemporary pedagogic trends. Designed project of the special classroom is going to be realized at the SOŠ & SOU Trhové Sviny for which it was prepared.
