Barriers in sharing and creating knowledge: A case study

The bachelor thesis focuses on barriers in knowledge sharing and creation in MicroStep, spol. s r.o., specifically in the Partizánske workshop. The aim of the work is to identify the barriers and suggest ways in which these barriers could be removed. Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na bariéry v zdieľaní a tvorbe znalostí v spoločnosti MicroStep, spol. s r.o., konkrétne v prevádzkarni Partizánske. Cieľom práce bolo identifikovať dané bariéry a navrhnúť spôsoby, akými by bolo možné tieto bariéry odstrániť.
