Biologická přístupnost živin je výzkumnou oblastí, které se dostalo zejména v zahraničí v posledních letech nemalé pozornosti. V České republice naopak toto téma příliš prozkoumáno není. The bioaccessibility of nutrients is research area that has received a great attention in recent years, especially abroad. On the contrary, this topic is not as much explored in the Czech Republic.
