Abstract:
Lidé, kteří mají problémy s konzumací lepku, nemají možnost přijít do jakéhokoliv podniku a najíst se tam. Jídlo, které si objednají, musí být bezlepkové. Pro některé je navíc stejně důležité, aby nedocházelo ke kontaminaci lepkem jak při přípravě pokrmu, tak uskladnění surovin. People who have gluten intolerance or allergy do not have the opportunity to come to any business of their choice and eat there. The food they order must be gluten-free.
