Abstract:

Sunderlíková, S. Kritéria pre overovanie účtovnej závierky audítorom. Bakalárska práca. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2022. Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá kritériami pre overovanie účtovnej závierky audítorom. Jej cieľom je posúdiť aktuálne stanovené kritériá na území Českej republiky. V práci sa nachádza historický vývoj auditu a kritérií pre overovanie účtovnej závierky audítorom v Českej republike. Ďalej je opísaná aj regulácia kritérií zo strany Európskej únii a opis význačných zmien vo vybraných štátoch. Hlavnú časť predstavuje kvalitatívny výskum, prostredníctvom rozhovorov s osobami vykonávajúcimi štatutárny audit na území Českej republiky. Názor audítorov je najväčším prínosom pre túto prácu. Vďaka nim sú následne identifikované výhody alebo hrozby auditu a možné následky v prípade zmien kritérií. V závere sú zhodnotené celkové výsledky rozhovorov, porovnané aj s inými autormi a zhodnotenie, či sú aktuálne kritériá správne nastavené alebo by malo dôjsť k ich zmene.

Sunderlíková, S. Criteria for verification of financial statements by an auditor. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2022. This bachelor thesis deals with the criteria for the verification of the financial statements by an auditor. Its goal is to assess the currently established criteria on the territory of the Czech Republic. The thesis contains the historical development of audit and criteria for verification of financial statements by auditors in the Czech Republic. The regulation of criteria by the European Union and a description of significant changes in selected countries are also described. The main part is qualitative research, through interviews with persons performing statutory audits in the territory of the Czech Republic. The opinion of the auditors is the greatest contribution to this work. Thanks to them, the advantages or threats of the audit and the possible consequences in case of changes to the criteria are subsequently identified. At the end, the overall results of the interviews are evaluated, compared with other authors and an evaluation of whether the current criteria are correctly set, or they should be changed.
