Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je snaha o nastínění historického vývoje textilky Slezan. Popisuje události, které vedly k jejímu vzniku a konci. Součástí práce je také seznámení s historií textilní výroby v oblasti Frýdku-Místku. Kromě historického vývoje se práce zabývá kulturním přínosem pro město. Vlastní výzkum je z velké části zaměřen na zaměstnance podniku. Konkrétně jejich pracovní podmínky, benefity a volnočasové aktivity ve vztahu k podniku. Práce je doplněna o vyprávění pamětníků.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is outline of historical development of the textile factory Slezan. Describes the events that led to its creation and to its end. Part of this work is acquaintance with the history of textile production in the area of Frýdek-Místek. In addition to historical development, the work deals with the cultural benefits for the city. The research is largely focused on the company's employees. Specifically, their working conditions, benefits and leisure activities in relation to the company. The work is supplemented by the story of a witnesses.
