Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem resocializace osob ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Zaobírá se zejména důležitými faktory, které tento proces ovlivňují, přináší informace z oblasti penitenciární a postpenitenciární péče a podrobněji se pak věnuje programu zacházení s odsouzenými. Abstract:
The bachelor paper deals with the process of resocialization of persons in execution of a custodial sentence. It addresses especially the most important factors influencing this process, it brings information from the field of penitentiary and post-penitentiary care, and, in more detail, it is devoted to a treatment programme for convicts.
