Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem poskytované koordinované rehabilitace u osob po cévní mozkové příhodě. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda je rehabilitace u těchto osob koordinovaná, zda na sebe její složky plynule navazují a jsou vzájemně propojené a zda jsou osoby po CMP dostatečně informované o jejich možnostech. Diploma thesis is dealing with a theme of coordinated rehabilitation provided to individuals with past cerebrovascular accident (CVA). Aim of my thesis was to assess whether rehabilitation provided to those persons is co-ordinated, whether all its components are continuous and linked and whether individuals with past CVA are well informed of their possibilities.
