Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá firemní a manažerskou etikou jako systémem řízení a zdrojem konkurenceschopnosti firmy. Obsahem bakalářské práce je analýza zavedení a využití nástrojů etického řízení a prosazením návrhů do managementu vybrané firmy. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení a návrh řešení zlepšení manažerských procesů využívajících nástrojů etického řízení ve vybrané firmě.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with corporate and managerial ethics as a management system and a source of competitiveness. The content of the thesis is an analysis of the implementation and use of instruments of ethical management and enforcement proposals to the management of selected companies.
