Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá otázku pramenů právní úpravy občanskoprávních vztahů ve sféře vnitrostátní silniční osobní dopravy na Ukrajině a v Česku. Také zkoumá pojmy, klasifikace a charakteristiku smluv o přepravě osob podle platné legislativy a občanskoprávní doktríny Ukrajiny a České republiky.
