Electromagnetic field, forces, vibration and noise in electrical machines

Abstract:

Tato disertační práce se rámcově zabývá problematikou vibrací a s nimi spojenému vzniku nežádoucích hlukových účinků. Konkrétně je práce zaměřena na zjišťování modálních parametrů statorového systému malých asynchronních strojů. První část práce se stručně zabývá obecnými zdroji vibrací, které se mohou u těchto strojů objevit. Další části práce jsou zaměřeny nejprve na popis magnetických sil, které vznikají v asynchronním stroji při sinusovém napájení, a poté je rozebrán stav, kdy je stroj napájen neharmonickým zdrojem. Na tuto část navazuje analytický popis vlastních frekvencí jednotlivých částí statorového systému magnetického obvodu, vinutí a mechanické kostry stroje. Následuje hlavní část práce, která je zaměřena na experimentální modální analýzu. Zde jsou prezentovány výsledky měření a jejich numerické modely. Dále je ukázán vliv košů vinutí a uložení celého magnetického obvodu s vinutím v kostře stroje.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with vibrations and their association with adverse noise effects. Specifically, the work is focused on determining the modal parameters of stator system of small asynchronous machines. The first part describes briefly the general sources of vibrations that may occur in these machines. The other part of the work is focused firstly on the description of magnetic forces generated in an asynchronous machine with sinusoidal supply, and secondly on the condition when the machine is powered by inharmonic source. The next section continues with analytical description of natural frequencies of various parts of the stator system - the magnetic circuit, winding and mechanical machine frame. The major part of the thesis is focused on experimental modal analysis. The results of measurements and their numerical models are presented here. Then, the influence of winding cages and storage of the entire magnetic circuit with a winding in the machine frame is shown.
