Abstract:
Bakalářské práce se zabývá porovnáním postupu k odstranění pochybností a daňové kontroly se zvláštním důrazem na práva a povinnosti daňového subjektu a správce daně. Dochází k závěru, že daňová kontrola a postup k odstranění pochybností nejsou reakcí správce daně na tentýž podnět daňového subjektu a jedná se o postupy správy daní s odlišně vedeným řízením po stránce procesní. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with a comparison of a procedure to remove doubt and a tax audit with emphasis given to the rights and the responsibilities of the taxpayer and the tax administrator. It reaches a conclusion that the tax audit and the procedure to remove doubt are conducted in a different procedural way and that they aren't a reaction of a tax administrator to the same impulse.
