Bakalářská práce se zaobírá hodnocením antimutagenní aktivity rostlinných extraktů pomocí Amesova testu. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou a biologickými účinky látek extrahovaných z rostlin a jejich prospěšností pro lidské zdraví. The Bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of antimutagenicity of plant extracts using the Ames test. The theoretical part deals with the biological effects of substances extracted from plants and their benefits for human health.
