Abstract:
Predmetom diplomovej práce „Návrh inovačnej stratégie výrobného podniku“ je navrhnúť správnu tvorbu a implementáciu inovačnej stratégie so zameraním na to, čo je potrebné inovovať. Teoretická časť rozoberá inovačné stratégie, jej tvorbu a implementáciu, druhy inovácií a ich meranie. V praktickej časti sú aplikované znalosti z teoretickej časti na skúmaný podnik.
