The Modernisation of a Pneumatic Press

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o modernizaci pneumatického lisovacího stroje a v krátkosti řeší problematiku týkající se jeho uvedení do provozu, objasňuje možnosti řídicích systémů pro výrobní linky s důrazem pro programovatelné automaty. Součástí práce je také sezná-mení s produktem, zákony a normami, kterými se řídí proces uvedení strojního zařízení do provozu. Na tuto část navazuje analýza rizik psána formou technické zprávy. V práci byly definovány požadavky pro modernizaci a na základě identifikovaných rizik podle ČSN EN ISO13849-1 je navržen pneumatický a elektrický obvod. V práci jsou dále uvedeny použité prvky a jejich provázanost s řídicím systémem. V další části práce jsou popsána vývojová prostředí, ve kterých probíhala programová realizace lisu. Hlavním přínosem práce je zpro-voznění nefunkčního lisu, zrychlení a zefektivnění výroby.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with a modernization of a pneumatic press and marginally with its putting in service, it also informs about the possibilities of control systems for production lines with accented Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC). The thesis also contains infor-mation about a product, jurisdiction and norms according to which the process of putting the industrial machinery in service is controlled. This part of the thesis is followed by an analysis of risks in a form of a technical report. In the thesis, requests for modernization were defined and pneumatic and electric circuits are proposed based on the identified risks according to ČSN EN ISO 13849-1. The thesis also provides used components and their interconnection with a control system. The following part of the thesis describes integrated development environments in which a program realization of the press was implemented. The main con-tribution of the thesis is to bring a non-functional press into operation as well as an acceler-ation and higher effectivity of production.
