Abstract:
Práce se zabývá návrhem strategického managementu pro restauraci Bekovka v Praze. Podkladem pro návrh systému strategického managementu jsou analýzy makrookolí organizace, analýza mikrookolí a vnitřní analýza společnosti. Po vyhodnocení analýz byl proveden návrh dlouhodobé strategie a byly stanoveny dílčí, krátkodobé cíle, které mají pomoci organizaci k dosažení cílů, který si stanovila. Mezi tyto …more

This thesis deals with the strategical management draft for restaurant Bekovka in Prague. Base for the system of strategical management draft are analysis of organization’s macroregion, analysis of microregion and internal analysis of the company.
