Cost evaluation of low energy building's life cycle based on particular project
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením nákladů na výstavbu nízkoenergetického rodinného domu a klasického rodinného domu, a také rozdílu návratnosti investic výstavby. Návrh domu respektuje a splňuje všechny předepsané normy a řeší energetickou náročnost budovy. Práce obsahuje posouzení v programu TEPLO a ENERGIE.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with cost evaluation of building low-energy house and classic family house and with major focus on return of investment. Draft design of this house respects and complies all the mandatory norms and solves the energy performance of the building. Work includes an assessment of the program of HEAT and ENERGY.
