Práce rozebírá důležitost a způsoby vyhodnocování rozvojových a vzdělávacích aktivit ve firmách. Obsahuje teoretickou část zaměřenou na důvody pro vytváření a zlepšování vzdělávacích programů a jejich přínosy. A dále je popsán způsob, jak správně tyto aktivity vyhodnocovat. Abstract:
The thesis discusses the importance and evaluation methods of development and educational activities in companies. It contains a theoretical part focused on the reasons for creating and improving educational programs and their benefits. It also describes how to properly evaluate these activities.
