Abstract:
Práce se zabývá vývojem právní regulace lokálních financí na území Čech, Moravy a Slovenska. Po nezbytném vymezení pojmu územní samosprávy se věnuje problematickým otázkám tzv. lokálních financí, jimiž se zde rozumí finance obcí i krajů. Okruh řešených otázek zahrnuje optimalizaci finančních vztahů mezi jednotlivými samosprávnými úrovněmi a centrální vládou, práce zkoumá též otázku zadluženosti územních …more
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to describe the legal system of local government finance in the Czech Republic and to compare it with similar systems in selected Evropean countries. The matter is to find out optimal types of financial relations between local governments (municipalities and regions) and the state.
