Předmětem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení regulatorních a legislativních změn na trhu úvěrů pro spotřebitele, které byly způsobeny zejména přijetím nového zákona č. 257/2016 Sb., o spotřebitelském úvěru. Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of regulatory and legislative changes on the consumer credit market, which were caused mainly by the adoption of the new Act No. 257/2016 Coll., Consumer Credit Act.
