Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá stanovením náhrady za vyvlastnenú nehnuteľnosť. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na úvod do problematiky a vysvetlenie pojmov, cieľom práce je aj, priblížiť súčasnú právnu úpravu pri vyvlastnení a proces predchádzajúci podania návrhu vyvlastnenia. Druha kapitola je zameraná na postup vykonávania vyvlastnenia a spôsob stanovenia náhrady za nehnuteľnosť.
