Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá archeálními viry neboli viry infikující doménu Archaea. Tato doména zahrnuje jednobuněčné organismy, které se vyznačují svými adaptacemi k životu v extrémních podmínkách jako je např. nízká teplota či pH. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on Archaeal viruses, viruses that infect the domain of Archaea. This domain consists of unicellular organisms that are unique in their ability to live in extreme conditions such as low temperature or pH. Archaeal viruses were discovered in the 1970s and they show many differences from those viruses infecting the domain of Bacteria and Eukarya. The differences can be found mainly …more
