Tato Diplomová práce je zaměřena na řízení vztahů na pracovišti, popsání problematiky práce a zaměstnávání lidí, slaďování a smiřování zájmů zaměstnanců a zaměstnavatelů, řešení konfliktů, motivace zaměstnanců a vypořádávání se s projevy šikany.
