Abstract:
Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá předcházející a současnou právní úpravou daně dědické, darovací a z převodu nemovitostí a dále použitím ustanovení zákona č.357/1992 Sb., ve sporných řízeních.
Abstract:
My bachelor´s work deals with previous and contemporary legal regulation of Inheritance tax, Gift tax and Real-Estate transfer tax and with an application of a law number 357/1992 Sb. in controversial proceedings.
