Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice zajištění hřbitovů před krádežemi a vandalismem. V teoretické části jsou nastíněna historická východiska v oblasti pohřbívání a práce se zde zaměřuje i na historický vývoj právních norem spjatých s problematikou pohřebnictví. The bachelor´s thesis deals with issue of securing cemeteries against theft and vandalism. The theoretical part outlines the historical background in the field of burial and it focuses on the historical development of legal norms related to the issue of funeral.
