Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o kočce domácí jako zvířecím modelu pro choroby u člověka. Podle provedených studií se našla asociace mezi kočkou domácí a člověkem, která může mít vliv na diagnózu a léčbu některých chorob. Práce zahrnuje obecné informace o genomu kočky a člověka. This bachelor thesis is about a domestic cat as an animal model for human diseases. Association between domestic cat and human was found in performed studies, which can have an influence on diagnosis and treatment of some diseases.
