International companies in "Frydlant area"

Abstract:

Frýdlantský mikroregion není příliš příznivý pro zemědělství a proto jeho rozvoj přišel až s rozvojem průmyslu. Nejprve to byl průmysl vojenský, pak textilní a nyní je to vedle stavebnictví a terciární sféry strojírenská výroba a výroba pro automobilový průmysl. Na Frýdlantsku se nachází několik provozoven či sídel nadnárodních společností. Ty vytvářejí pracovní místa v regionu jak přímo, tak nepřímo tím, že spolupracují s ostatními společnostmi v okolí a v neposlední řadě přináší prostředky do rozpočtu měst. Většina podniků se také podílí na kulturním a sportovním dění v místech svého působení. Dále práce porovnává sociální vybavení na Frýdlantsku s krajskými údaji a zmiňuje přínosy, které přináší spolupráce místních organizací právě s nadnárodními podniky. Ekonomická krize v roce 2008 s sebou přinesla změny zejména ve snaze snížit provozní náklady firem, což mělo dopad na nezaměstnanost v okolí. V zájmu vyšší zaměstnanosti by město mělo mít snahu přilákat, kromě nových investorů, také výrobní podniky ať české či zahraniční.

Abstract:

Frydlant mikroregion is not very propitious for agliculture. This is the main reason why the expansion of the area came with the indurstry development. First of all of them it was millitary industry, than textile industry afterward automotive industry (along with the building industry and tertiary sphere). The are several enterprises (branches or seats) of international companies. These factories are employers in region directly by generating the jobs or indirectly by cooperatiing with the companies round about. They also represent the income to the budget of the cities. Most of the companies are also supporting the culture and sports events in the area of theire operation. The social appoitments of Frydlant area and Liberec region are compared. The international enterprices also cooperate with local organizations. Economic crisis in year 2008 brought changes mainly increased an effort to bring down the operation costs. Impact of these measures was increasing the unemployment. The councillers should have an efford to reduce the unemployment by attracting a new manufacturing concerns and it doen´t matter if Czech or foreign.
