Iura in re Aliena in Roman Law in Ancient Rome and our Legal Reality
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zabýval tématem Věcná práva k věci cizí v římském právu a současná právní realita. Práce obsahuje výčet jednotlivých druhů věcných práv k věci cizí v právu římském a také jejich porovnání se současnými instituty. Předmětem zájmu byl i nový občanský zákoník.
Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I dealt with the topic Iura in re aliena in Roman law and current legal reality. The work contains a list of the various types of iura in re aliena in Roman law and also their comparison with current institutes. I also focused on new Civil code.
