Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na problematiku komunálních voleb, a to zejména v obcích v letech 1990 až 2010. Na základě komparativní metody byly pozorovány výsledky voleb do obecních zastupitelstev v obcích v letech 1990 až 2010. Výsledky této komparace napomohly zhodnocení vývojového trendu voličských preferencí, volební účasti a zkoumání strategií volebních stran.
Abstract:
The work is focused on local electoins, especially in the villages between 1900 and 2010. Based on comparative metods were compared the results of elections to municipal councils in municipalities from 1990 to 2010. The results of this comparison helped to assess the trend of voter preferences, electoral participation and exploration strategies of political parties.
