Bakalářská práce je věnována právní úpravě pracovního poměru. Stěžejní částí práce je rozbor právní úpravy pracovního poměru, včetně aplikace u konkrétních rozsudků Nejvyššího soudu a zhodnocení této právní úpravy s využitím praktických poznatků. Bachelor work is devoted to legal regulation of employment. The main section is an analysis of the employment relationship, including applications for specific judgments of the Supreme Court and evaluation of this legislation by means of practical knowledge.
