Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce na téma Systém kontroly odběratelských slev se zabývá problémem odběratelských slev ve švýcarské a německé pobočce firmy Pelikan Hardcopy Production. Definuje jednotlivé fáze řešení problému až k uživatelskému manuálu, který popisuje praktické využití navrhovaného systému napříč všemi zainteresovanými odděleními.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis themed "Control system of customer´s allowances" deals with the problem of customer allowances in Swiss and German offices of Pelikan Hardcopy Production. It defines the individual phases of the solution to the user manual describing the practical use of the proposed system across all departments involved.
