Improving care for older people into taking sanitary facilities

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou zkvalitňování péče v pobytových sociálních zařízeních, k čemuž má přispívat i povědomí o těchto zařízeních, dostupnost informací. Dále si všímá motivu nástupu do zařízení. Problematika počátků adjustace do nových životních podmínek a okolnosti s tím spjaté ukazují, že je dobré se soustředit na pomoc seniorovi již na počátku vstupu do zařízení. Nemalá část seniorů prožívá své stáří, o kterém můžeme mluvit od 65 let, v zařízeních sociální péče. Proto je nutné velice citlivě přistupovat k jejich potřebám při adjustaci v jejich nových žitních podmínkách. Blízké okolí by v přístupu k velmi starému člověku nemělo projevovat antipatii a rozmrzelost, neboť ty se bolestně dotýkají duševního stavu starého a bezmocného člověka. (Kuric, 2007) Z výstupů průzkumu se ukazuje, že vliv na odchod do sociálního zařízení je veden více obavou o svůj zdravotní stav než z potřeby pomoci jiného subjektu. Svůj odchod do sociálního zařízení nepředpokládalo více jak 75% seniorů. Na druhou stranu je potěšující, že průzkum ukázal, že pomoc personálu seniorům je hodnocena pozitivně a také vysoké procento seniorů uvedlo, že je pravidelně navštěvuje rodina.

Abstract:

This work deals with the improvement of social care in residential facilities, which contribute to the awareness of these facilities, availability of information. Further notes theme boarding facility. Problems of adjustment to the beginning of the new living conditions and circumstances associated with it show that it is good to focus on helping Senior in the early entry into the facility. A large portion of seniors going through his old age, which we can speak from 65 years in social care. It is therefore necessary to very sensitive to their needs for adjustments in the terms of the new nanocomposite. Vicinity access to the very old man did not show antipathy and resentment, since they affect the mental state of pain and helpless old man. (Kuric, 2007) The outputs of the survey shows that the effect on retirement of social facilities is guided more concern about their health than the need for assistance from another entity. His retirement did not envisage social facilities more than 75% of seniors. On the other hand, it is gratifying that the survey showed that senior staff assistance is evaluated positively, and the high percentage of seniors reported that it is regularly visited by family.
