Abstract:
Cíl práce je navrhnout a naprogramovat aplikaci umožňující statistickou analýzu údajů o pacientech. Za pomoci umělých neuronových sítí, shlukování jedinců a kontingenčních tabulek se aplikace pokouší vybrat vhodnou léčbu a poskytuje odhad pravděpodobnosti uzdravení. Aplikace pracuje s datovým souborem, ze kterého se vytvoří Kohonenovy mapy. Aplikace také určuje statistické charakteristiky pacientů …more
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to design and program an application enabling statistical analysis of patient data. Using artificial neural networks, clustering of individuals, contingency tables and logistic regression, the application attemps to select appropriate treatment and provides an estimate probability of recovery.
