Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit, zda odlišnosti v platební neschopnosti a platební nevůli u vybraných společností GURMÁN SEDLNICE s. r. o. a ABB – SERVIS Praha s. r. o., které skončily v insolvenčním řízení, byly předvídatelné v souvislosti s vývojem ekonomiky České republiky ve vybraném období, včetně problematiky bankrotů. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to evaluate whether the differences in insolvency and corporate defaults in the selected companies GURMÁN SEDLNICE s. r. o. and ABB – SERVIS Praha s. r. o., which ended up in insolvency proceedings, were predictable in connection with the development of the economy of the Czech Republic in the selected period, including the issue of bankruptcies.
