Organized Crime and Organized Groups

Abstract:

Předmětem práce je vymezení pojmu organizovaného zločinu a s ním spojené organizované skupiny. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na tradiční i moderní historii v každé konkrétní zemi, dále na současné typy činností organizovaných skupin, organizovaný zločin na území České republiky, postupy, metody a orgány pro boj s organizovaným zločinem v České republice. Poslední kapitola obsahuje organizovaným zločin ve světě, resp. nejznámější organizované skupiny a jednotlivé gangstery a mafiány. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky z mého vlastního dotazníku, který je zaměřený na povědomí lidí o organizovaném zločinu.

Abstract:

The purpose of this project is to define organized crime and its connection with organized groups. The theoretical part of this project is focused on their traditional origins and its modern presence in each country that I am going to mention. It also contains all kinds of actions they are capable of executing and then their actions in Czech republic, including methods and approaches how to deal with organized crime in Czech republic. The last chapter is about organized crime all around the world, which includes for example the most know groups, families and individual mobsters and gangsters. The practical part is about my own survey, which is targeting general knowledge and awareness of organized crime itself.
