Invalidity of the acts and their consequences
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with the invalidity of legal acts. The first chapter is explaining the legal capacity of natural persons and legal entities. In the following chapters, it focuses on the legal facts, legal action, the defective nature of a practical comparison in various areas of law.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá neplatnosťou právnych úkonov. V prvej kapitole je vysvetlená právna spôsobilosť fyzických a právnických osôb. V nasledujúcich kapitolách je venovaná právnym skutočnostiam, právnym úkonom, ich vadnosti a praktickému porovnaniu v rôznych odvetviach práva.
