Abstract:
Tématem této diplomové práce je střet insolvenčního a exekučního řízení a jeho dopady na průběh exekuce a insolvence. Práci jsem vypracoval s cílem postihnout a utřídit právní úpravu problematiky střetu insolvenčního a exekučního řízení, porovnat jednotlivé shody a rozdíly de lege lata. Zabýval jsem se vzájemným působením těchto řízení a důsledky tohoto střetu.
