Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá použitím hmotnostní spektrometrie s laserovou ionizací za účasti oxidu kovu (MOLI) k analýze lipidů. Oxidy kovů usnadňují štěpení esterové vazby v lipidech, čímž umožňují stanovení obsahu mastných kyselin ve vybraných biologických vzorcích. Pro práci byly vybrány oxid ceričitý a titaničitý. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the utilization of metal oxide laser ionisation mass spectrometry (MOLI MS) for lipid analysis. Metal oxides catalyse the cleavage of lipid ester bonds, thus enabling the determination of fatty acids in various biological samples. In this work, cerium(IV) oxide and titanium(IV) oxide were used.
