Diplomová práce Elipsa je sešlápnuté kolečko je snahou ukázat, že propojení matematiky a výtvarného umění není ani zdaleka tak nesmyslné, jak by se možná na první pohled mohlo zdát. Na základě poznatků z matematiky se s pomocí programu Maple pokouším vytvořit grafy, jejichž části následně maluji. Abstract:
The thesis "An ellipse is a pressed circle" is an attempt to show that connection of mathematics and art is not nearly as absurd as it might first seem. I am creating graphs in the program Maple based on my mathematical knowledge and then I paint parts of them.
