Abstract:
Krevní skupiny jsou determinovány molekulárními znaky, které se nacházejí na plazmatické membráně erytrocytů. Tyto znaky se liší svým chemickým složením. Mezi hlavní a nejvíce populačně rozšířené krevní systémy patří systémy AB0 (H) a Rh.V prvních kapitolách práce se nachází popis morfologie, molekulární stavby, metabolismu, erytropoezy erytrocytů a tvorby hemoglobinu. Abstract:
Blood groups are determined by the molecular characters found on the erythrocyte plasma membrane. These characters differ in their chemical composition. The main and most commonly used blood systems include AB0 (H) and Rh systems.
