Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá intracelulárními fluorescenčními sondami. V úvodu této práce je popsán princip fluorescence a rozdělení fluoroforů. Následné kapitoly jsou věnovány principu vzniku reaktivních forem kyslíku a dále jsou zde probrány jednotlivé fluorescenční sondy pro detekci příslušných látek. The topical focus of present thesis has been given on intracellular fluorescence probes. The introduction part describes the principle of fluorescence and classification of fluorophores. The following chapters discuss a principle of reactive oxygen species formation and also use of fluorescence probes for the detection of reactive substances.
