Táto diplomová práca sa v úvode zaoberá analýzou základných zásad zmluvného práva - pacta sunt servanda a rebus sic stantibus. Poskytuje základnú charakteristiku a všeobecné rozdelenie doložiek vedúcich k možnosti oslobodenia jednej zo strán od plnenia danej zmluvy, pričom vymedzuje hlavné rozdiely medzi jednotlivými druhmi doložiek.
