Abstract:
Obsahem bakalářské práce je náhled na úpravu náhrady škody způsobené nezákonným rozhodnutím orgánu veřejné moci nebo nesprávným úředním postupem, vývoj zákona č. 82/1998 Sb., jednotlivé instituty, které tento zákon upravuje.
Abstract:
The content of work is to view the compensation arrangements caused by an illegal decision of a public authority or maladministration, the development of Act No. 82/1998 Coll., each parks which this law provides.
