V současnosti se pro diagnostiku karcinomu prostaty užívá tumorového markeru - prostatického specifického antigenu (PSA). Tento glykoprotein je přítomen v seminální a prostatické tekutině, séru a moči, kde se vyskytuje v různých molekulárních formách - celkový PSA, volný PSA a pro PSA. Abstract:
In the present the tumor marker – prostatic specific antigen (PSA) is used for diagnostics of prostate cancer. This glycoprotein is presented in the seminal fluid, prostatic fluid, serum and urine where it occurs in various molecular forms – total PSA, free PSA and pro PSA.
