Bakalářská práce se zabývá změnami ve zdaňování zaměstnanců za 28 let existence samostatné České republiky a tématikou diferenciace mezd. Jejím cílem je porovnat zdaňování zaměstnanců a také zákonných odvodů za toto období a následně vyhodnotit aspekty zdanění. The bachelor's thesis deals with changes in the taxation of employees during the 28 years of existence of the independent Czech Republic and the topic of wage differentiation. Its aim is to compare the taxation of employees as well as statutory contributions for this period and subsequently evaluate aspects of taxation.
