Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Důstojnost a respekt na operačním sále je teoreticko - výzkumnou prací. V teoretické části je zaměřena na etiku a etický kodex zdravotnického personálu směrem pacientovi, zabývá se také pojmem a významem důstojnosti ve zdravotnictví a v neposlední řadě popisuje práva pacientů. Dále je v teoretické části popsána perioperační péče a etické kodexy zdravotníků. Ve výzkumné části diplomové práce bylo zjišťováno, zdali dochází k porušení důstojnosti a intimity u pacientů na sále a zda se zdravotnický personál zabývá problematikou důstojnosti a respektu na operačním sále. Data pro výzkumnou část byla zajištěna anonymním dotazníkem vlastní tvorby

Abstract:

The diploma thesis on the topic of Dignity and respect in the operating room, is a theoretical research thesis. In the theoretical section, it is focused on ethics and the code of ethics of the medical staff towards the patient, it also deals with the concept and meaning of dignity in the healthcare sector and, last but not least, describes the rights of patients. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes perioperative care and ethical codes of medical professionals. In the research section of the diploma thesis, it was determined whether there is a violation of dignity and intimacy of patients in the operating room and whether the medical staff deals with the issue of dignity and respect in the operating room. The data for the research section was gathered through an anonymous self-made questionnaire.
