Selected figures of Feld-Jägers from Napoleonic Wars
Abstract:
Práce se věnuje osudům vybraných polních myslivců z řad důstojníků i mužstva v období napoleonských válek. Je mikrohistoricky, biograficky a vojenskohistoricky zaměřena a sleduje tři hlavní témata. Doplňuje dílčí informace v jejich kariérách a zpřesňuje ty známé. Sleduje národnost těchto mužů a její vliv na kariérní postup. Popisuje mysliveckou taktiku na konkrétních příkladech z praxe.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the lives of selected Feld-Jägers officers and men of the rank and file during the Napoleonic Era. With the help of microhistorical, biographical and military historical research it explores the following three main topics: First, it complements information about their military careers and adjusts the already known facts.
